Recipe Ingredients for Mince Chicken

1 kg minced chicken
250 g tomato puree
1 brown onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 carrot
100 g celery
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of pepper

Recipe Directions for Mince Chicken

  1. Fry off the diced onion and garlic in 1/2 tablespoon of oil

  2. Add the chicken mince and brown

  3. Remove from the pan

  4. Use 1/2 tspm oil and fry off celery, peppers and carrot

  5. Once soft add the onion and chicken back to the pot

  6. Add salt and pepper

  7. Add tomato paste

  8. Cook for 15 - 20 minutes until warm through

  9. Eat
