Ingredients
28 oz of chicken stock
14 oz can) of diced tomatoes
14 oz can) of kidney beans
1 cup of frozen style corn
1 cup italian style veggies
1/2 cup of Penne
1/4 cup of fat free italian dressing
Directions
  1. put it all in a pan

  2. let it come to a simmer

  3. cook until noodles are done
