Mini-Meatloaves Recipe

Makes 12 servings


No cheese, no tomato, no other funny stuff. You don't have to feel guilty if you eat two! Quick, can be prepared in 30 minutes.

Ingredients
1 1/3 pound ground beef, 85% lean
6 oz breadcrumbs
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup red pepper, diced
1/2 tsp pepper
10 g Sauce, Worcester
1 egg
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Divide into 12 equal portions.

  4. Put portions into muffin tins, individually.

  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until cooked.
