| 6 | oz breadcrumbs |
| 1/4 | cup onion, diced |
| 1/4 | cup red pepper, diced |
| 1/2 | tsp pepper |
| 10 | g Sauce, Worcester |
| 1 | egg |
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Divide into 12 equal portions.
- Put portions into muffin tins, individually.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until cooked.
