(Before any those restricted by either the former or the latter make an exception to chance upon an ear or other limb which is currently attached to me, I was only playfully trolling.)

mostly to keep track of things like my sodium intake (i had a major sodium deficiency last summer so) and to force myself to track so i won't be so tempted to binge...i guess to lose a little too

i thought for years that i wanted to play various instruments, so i've taken classes for harp, piano, violin, flute, drums, and bass. i finally realized that while i can pick up the technical stuff (making a nice sound come out) easily, i don't really have enough passion to either stick with it or make truly good music. so i can play a couple of instruments but don't really.

no, meat is one of my favorite foods...we don't drink a lot of real milk in the house because my mom's a vegan, but i love buttermilk too much to not keep it around anyway.

well i never have any money so usually h&m (it's like the ikea of the clothing world--nice looking, cheap, falls apart easily) or target. i like this korean brand "dodostyle" a whole lot, though, and buy from them when i can.

Why are you on CC? i find eating healthy and exercising to be very important, and i am trying to recover from eating disordered behaviour. i enjoy conversing with others about health/nutrition, and getting good ideas for living a healthy life.

Do you have any allergies? dairy, wheat, corn, food dyes and refined sugar. i'm highly sensitive to such foods and a reaction from any usually entails emotional instability, rather than physical discomfort.

If you could eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? that's difficult! apples, i think. or, if i want to indulge for eternity.. persian ice cream. (saffron pistachio rose? oh yes)
