Right, so I used to have a problem of: after a night out I would plan not to eat the next day(very bad and ed related). Now, I go out, but I have to practice eating the next day nad not listening to ed. So heres my plan:

Obviously after a night out (that involves alcohol) sometimes I dont feel like food that much, so I might choose higher calorie lower volume foods for that day

I wake up later and therefore must ignore the voice saying "its too late to eat"

If I want to/feel like having proper good meals and not just high cal, low volume things, I will

The next day (i.e-day after hangover day), I will make a conscious effort to eat proper meals to avoid habit of high calorie low volume meals.

So that starts today, and will continue on tommorrow, I will let keep updating as day goes on.

Today: 10:00, wake up(usually wake up at 7:00), but didnt get to bed till 5:30, in bed and in pj's-Beautiful! I never allow this!

Cup pf tea with honey, glass of oj, and slice of toast with jam

Updates!

Eventually go up at 11:30 and got showered and dressed, grabbed an apple of my apple tree! and went to meet my mum up town, went for a small walk with her.

Dad invited me to MY favourite cafe(vegetarian organic place, www.thehappypear.ie ) which he usually says no to!

Lunch was: rye bread slathered in butter with carrots, sprouts, tomatoes, seeds, evoo, radichhio. Few apricots and dates, tea with honey

Dinner was decided between us both, red thai chicken curry with brown rice, carrots, courgettes and peppers. I am going to let him make it and ill step back. I coulsnt be bothered with cookking today-I am exhausted!!

Ive decided no more exercise today, why?-im wrecked, i havent eaten a lot today (stomach=dodgy) so i dont have enough to allow for extra movement, and im lazy!,

But I am going to shops to get some toasted coconut(really want to try this in my oats!) and im actually really sad i missed my oats this morning, ah well ill enjot them all the more tomorrow!

Just realised this is like a mini journal as a topic!-oops! but hey, a new stick topic could be "A day in the life of a weight gainer!" ?

its ofcourse that ur getting out there+socializing, thats a huge thing so congrats! but waking up late, not feeling like eating, so eat higher cal foods, excercising, not today but u do normally?  well then im assuming uve been hitting 2500+++?

Agru: My bad, by exercise I meant doing errands that i needed to do today, and becsue i dont have a car, means walking: like going to shops/friends houses/needed to get stationary. I didnt mean pilates or running or anything. I dont exercise becasue my life is busy enough, apart fro the odd 30 min slow paced walk. 

Also my counselor said that its normal to not feel like eating as much sometimes, and im not going to not go out with friend out of fear that i wont eat as much the next day, thats another way of letting food control my life! Having said that I wont let ed win, ill still eat!

So today continued!

I went for a nap after lunch, and then went to my friends house and then went to buy duvets with my mom. Then made a DELICIOUS dinner!,

Dinner: Thai red chicken curry with peppers and courgettes with brown basmati rice, I LOVE bbasmiti! And now that I know how to cook it properly, I REALLY love it.

Dessert?: TBD, probably soya something-yoghurt/cream/milk with chocolate sprinkles honey prunes

And a night of relaxing with THE X FACTOR!!!

Not counting today, just eating!!

driven your like a breath of fresh air ! i really admire you. sounds like a good day to me , naps are always good :) I have several i had one early and woke up all disorientated i thought it was breakfast but it was tea :). saturdays wouldnt be the same without the x factor . keep up the good work. i think its always worth noting that to exercise you dont need to be running going to the gym simply taking short walks and doing chores is enough and quite healthy h x

oooh thanks emma! yea , i wont let tommorrow set me back, i want to get the last bitta weight on soon, cause ive been hovering lately! Speaking of progress-ur doing fabolous!!!!!! fairplay, keep it going, it makes me smile, you remind me of well, me!

Thank you very much driven, it is amazing how much you can relate yourself to people on this site. Keep it up, we are getting there. The sooner you put that last bit of weight on, the sooner your mind can begin to catch up and heal with your body.

Right so, its Sunday now! and as per usual, Im up at 7:00!

My challenge today? Eat regularly again and not feel bad and eat less cause i ate less yesterday (ed)

I gained back the 2pounds I lost last week! woopwoop!-so 106lbs now

Obviously i was lookig forward to my oatmeal this morning!

Breakfast: Oats (with 2tbsp almond oil ,2tbsp dried coconut (yum!)a kiwi and tbsp honey)-felt v.australian eating this for some reason!, glass of oj, and tea with honey

thats all so far, ill update later

Plans today-Buy stationary, send emails, meet friends for coffee, some study, some laundry!

So Im doing quite well with my challenge of eating more today than yesterday,

Snack: Smoothie time, kiwi, flaxoil, leicthin, and berries galore!

Lunch? Chicken and avocado salad with ranch and seed dressing

Snack: Tea and 2 flapjacks ,these were yummy!-oats raisins and pumpkin seeds

I also went to the forest with my mom and we talked about all the things i havent done with my life because of my ed, but the talked about all the things i want and am going to do from now on. I am in the prime years of being able to travel, go wild, see new places, bunjee jump, get piercings! (im 21),and not only do I WANT to do these things. I DONT WANT to look back in 10 years time and say "I wish".

I dont think I have to be rid of my ed to do these things, I think doing these things is a way to get rid of my ed, (along with the important necessity of being healthy and eating right too!). Becasue my ed doesnt "allow" for these things.

So first on the list?-TONGUE PIERCING!!

But back to today, on now watching "two and a half men"-hilarity! waiting for  lift back to my dads house. Bit nervous about dinner with dad, (its unconfirmed as to what we are going to have and my sis and dad might want something different to me and leave me all on my tod!-its much easier for me to eat dinner without ed when we all agree on something to have together!)

 

I see myself in you now :)  I've been craving piercings recently just because I can! Parents don't like them though.

Good luck with dinner, eating something you haven't made/planned is so hard, it's amazing to even try. x

Soooo, to finish off this topic! I had dinner ms=yself, all the family got what we wanted. I got hummus, pittas, and salad with elderflower juice-but made it a 700 cal meal!

We got home at 5 but usually I dont come home until mealtimes so that my mind is occupied/distracted cause otherwise Ill think about food. But tonight I had to occupy myself before meals w/o letting ed take over. But I did study. Then had dinner and:

Kiwi, cup of prune juice-feeling fruity!

So, thats my two day topic over! i did good and have a bet with myself to gain 2 pounds this week.

Thats two days in the life of moi!!
