I got my first box (cinnamon) about a month ago.  Since then, I've found myself addicted.  I'm currently eating the blueberry sort, which taste just like a muffin (something I crave), only they're more filling--probably something to do with the fiber and protein content.  Any other addicts out there?  What's your favorite?

kashi cinnamon!

I'll have to look for that.  I'm a sucker for anything containing cinnamon.  I can't have many Kashi products because of my food allergies, but I think most of the cereal is okay.

Cereal tends to get a bad rap, but seriously, it's a good thing.

I've started eating it like crazy, too, ever since I figured out that it has almost as much fiber as raisin bran, but less sugar and sodium.  The sodium is the key part; most cereal has about 15-20% daily sodium intake in one serving.  Mini wheats have almost none.  Sometimes I eat them at night when I'm not supposed to have any more sodium for the day.

It's good stuff, really.  Slightly high in sugar, but worth it for a very edible healthy cereal.  I eat them most mornings along with 2 egg whites and some fresh fruit.  About 300 calories, and I'm full until lunch time.

kashi cinnamon harvest a picture for you

i used to be addicted to mini spooners until i tried these. i tried  the autumn harvest too but personally preferred the cinnamon variety

i bought my daughter a box and she is now a convert too

im definitely a min wheat, fruit loop, cheerio, honey comb, lucky charm, coco crisp, rice krispie, kashi, kelloggs (with the chocolate)....well im just a cereal addict in general lol.....but frosted mini wheats is probably number 1 for me.

I am a mini wheat addict too! I used to eat it for dinner when I was the only one around.

I make my own trail mix and I actually put mini wheats in it. Kashi cereal, almonds, white chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, raisins, and MINI-WHEATS. ( I make my own hundred calorie packs )

I can't trust myself with a bag of mini-wheats.

We don't have blueberry here in Canada!

I've only ever bought two boxes of miniwheats before.... maple sugar and strawberry.

Both boxes, I finished in less than 2 hours.

So, addict might be a bit of an understatement.

My fiancee and I are definitely addicted. I first bought them as a replacement for his sugary favs (cinnamon toast crunch, cookie crisps, fruity pebbles) and now we both are hooked! I snack on them at work and at night (if I am out of my Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches).

Mini wheats are my favorite cereal! They are so yummy. I eat them dry straight from the box. Unfortunitly I recently discovered the mini wheats bite sized chocolate flavor, it is soooooooooooooooooooooooo good. But the maple brown sugar is my stand by fav. I have tried every kind

I am a total blueberry muffin mini wheat addict.  I will buy 6 boxes whenever there is a good deal.

I love mini wheats! I like the plain ones with fruit and just the regular frosted ones.  I tried the strawberry kind when they first came out and hated them.  They were way too sweet and they made the milk taste like that Hershey's strawberry syrup was mixed in (which I have always hated too).  I think I tried the maple brown sugar ones and they were almost too sweet.  I think I'd like the cinnamon streusel flavor too.

Unfortunately, along with all the fiber, iron and low sodium mini wheats also have 10% the daily reccommended amount of of copper (0.2mg) in just on serving (24 biscuits).  I am not supposed to eat anything that has a copper content greater than or equal to 0.2mg per serving.  And I'm sure I have eaten 1.5 to 2 servings per breakfast in the past.  So I'm taking a break from mini wheats nowCry
