Has anyone tried doing the 8 minute abs? I found all the sections of the video on youtube, and have tried to do the 8 minute stretch, arms, buns and abs every day for the last few days. It's hard for me to get motivated to work out, and i'm kind of already getting bored with them since I am not getting instant gratification yet (instant flat stomach and rock hard muscles :P)
I guess my question is has anyone been doing them for a while and do they work?
it can work, but diet is far more important.
can build those muscles all you want, but if there's flab there, its gotta come off from a calorie deficit.
I am also dieting, but I was essentially asking if this is a good workout routine for a beginner. I really don't need to lose that much weight, I am 5'4" and 133 lbs right now. I mostly would like to tone up and shed maybe another 8 lbs or so over the next few months.
