2 minute noodles

does anyone know how many calories are in the instant noodles...the one that can be cooked in 2 minutes max?...

they are all generally high calorie. ive seen a pack for about 350. but i cant say it all depends on the noodles and flavouring

ohh that's really high ... i guess last time i am eating them ... the one i need to know about is chicken curry flavor.

If you have one cake of noodles as a MEAL, then it would be okay.
But you wouldn't be very satisfied, would you??

The packs here are 300-400 calories a pop.
Does your packet have nutritional information on the back?
The noodles are generally the same cal/per cup as normal noodles, but the flavourings you cook them in can be veeery high in calories.

no the brand i am using doesn't provide any nutrition facts ... i will count it as 400 to stay on the safe side...

 The calories comes from the noodles, the flavor packet is mainly sodium and lots of it. Not really good for you no matter how you look at it.

maggie 2 min noodles have 440 cal...whoops...i used to be a big fan...and now i have totally given up on them....they are full of refined flour...that is bad carbs...eat them in moderation if you have to...share them with friends....add some veggies to them to give them more volume...diced onions..peppers, peas taste good with them....but it will still be hard to make them healthy.

'fantastic' brand chicken noodles have 375 calories.  Unfortunataly i love them.  The calories come from the fact they are fried in oil.  If you can find 98% fat free noodles they much are lower in calories.  Still nutritionally empty though! :(
