I have 5 minutes to decide....
Should I do weights on my legs this morning, and then return tonight to do arms? I am trying to fit in weight training into my routine, but have a hard time doing it. I have to opportunity to hit the gym this am for an hour; is it o.k. to do two weight routines in one day?

As long as it's different muscle groups, yes.
Full body is just as good (if not better) than a split routine, and you aren't doing anything different by splitting them by <12 hrs. Do a full body.

i was at the gym for just over an hour this morning and managed a full body.
i am sure you can did it all in an hour.
