Hi - I'm a long-time member of the smoking cessation forum here on about.com. After many tries to quit smoking I am happy to report that in just 12 days it will be 1 year and 5 months since I have had a cigarette. I am convinced that I couldn't have done it without the help of the about.com forum.
Like many ex-smokers I have struggled with weight gain in all phases of my quit. I have gone up and back down 14 lbs since quitting and today sit at the mid-point with a 7 lb weight gain. While surfing the internet for weight loss tips I came across Miracle Noddles and couldn't help but buy them. Now that I have them I am kind of nervous about them especially when I read that they will have a "fishy smell" prior to rinsing.
Has anybody tried these or know if they are safe? I love pasta but hate the carbs and would love to find out these are safe and that they work.
I hope I'm not breaking any forum rules by posting about a specific product but I know I can trust people here to give me honest feedback and information.
Thanks for whatever you can tell me.
