Can I take Miralax WITH Fibercon?

This may be too much info, but I suffer from IBS with constipation. I'm trying to increase the amount of natural fiber in my diet through fruits and vegatables, but I am also using some suppliments.

Both Miralax and Fibercon I think are bulking agents. Can these be used at the same time?
