im having a bad body image day
the kind that can make you hate yourself
even though iv eaten well and havent gone over my limit
not by a long shot
if anything im STILL having trouble eating enough
but the other day my scales were all funny
like givimg me weird readings
and today i feel like im "fat" even though i know im not
i just have to keep telling myself the feeling will pass
does anybody else ever feel like that or am i insane?
