Low-calorie vegetable soup.
| 1 | tbsp miso |
| 1 | stalk celery, chopped |
| 1 | vidalia onion, chopped |
| 2 | cloves garlic, chopped |
| 3 | white mushrooms, chopped |
| 2 | cups water |
- Cook celery, onion, and garlic in microwave.
- Place cooked vegetables together with mushrooms into bowl with water and cook until the mushrooms are done.
- Put the miso into a cup and add broth from the soup, 1 tbsp or so at a time, and stir so as to dissolve miso.
- Pour miso mix into soup.
- Optionally add coriander leaves before serving.
