Peanut butter!
well I was just looking at mashed potatoes and I thought they would have been a lot higher in fat than they are - even with milk and margarine, they are not that bad
cottage cheese, but eat the low fat of coarse... 1'2 cup i believe is in a serving with 90 cal!!!!
nuts like walnuts and almonds, very high in fat but the
"good for you" fats. The body needs omegas :)

Avocados. High in fat, but so good for you.
I love those Lipton Cup a Soups. There 60 cals for a chicken one, and they are the perfect snack~
yup gotta agree and go with almonds, cashews and other nuts! People tell me "oh you can't have those on a diet" but heck I eat some every day :)
Baked sweet potato's that are cut up into strips very much like french fries(with a few spices:cumin paprika, onion and garlic powder). They taste SO good, and you would swear you are eating unhealthy fried French Fries.
Kashi waffles and sugar free syrup, since when can you have waffles and syrup on a diet!
Oh and i totally agree with nuts, get your good fats in.

I think that the humble potato is often mistaken for a bad food. The potato itself is low in fat, filling, and delicious--it's all the stuff we do to it that makes it "bad"! I like potatoes boiled with a little curry powder, it makes a low fat and yummy side dish. Boiled potatoes with fat free sour cream, dill weed, and a little salt and pepper makes a good potato salad. And I love baked potatoes with fatfree sour cream and Butter Buds, or Molly McButter. If you don't deep fry them, or cover them with butter or cheese, potatoes are a great food for a healthy diet.

Hell yeah, you can! You SHOULD!

cheese: a lot of people think that it is bad for you, and it probably is if you get the full fat versions, but if you get the fat free cheese, it's low in calories (30/slice) and it is loaded with protien and calcium. perfect to put over a baked potato and deffinantly does not feel like diet food.
Potatoes, rice, pasta.
People think "ooo carbs are evil"
Yes these foods are cal dense, but they are filling. Rice, brown, is acutally nutritious and can be medium/low GI (if you pick the right one)
Pasta is Low GI> Wholemeal is better. But even white pasta has nutrients and is a form of carbs, that doesnt have fat (unless you add a whole stack)
I eat potatoes with glee. Admittadly, I only eat small ones, skin on, to get the most out of it. But they're one of the most filling foods. Mix with a low GI topping and you have yourself a yummy nutritious meal

coffee, dark chocolate and red wine (in moderation of course). All have powerful antioxidants.
I have to agree with the nuts. Smart & Final sells boxes of 24 1-oz individual packages of Planters peanuts and also cashews--1 oz is a perfect snack and you can just grab and go.
Others:
Olives
Dill pickles

Peanut Butter is a big one. It has a heafty callorie count if you eat a bunch of it but a bit on some toaste, actually quite good for you. Has an insane amount of vitimins and minerals. For processed spreadible junk, its a good choice.
I think someone already put this but dark chocolate. Watching portions of course.
Personally I always thought chicken fajitas were healthy-had 2 last night - 1700 cals!! guess it's all the sr cr, guacamole + cheddar ch that makes em bad :(
