What do you not miss eating? x]
I don't miss eating many things like chocolate, fast food, chips, pizza. Stuff like that. It actually makes me sick thinking of foods like that.

Agreed! But I'm not appalled by quality chocolate; I just don't crave it, so I haven't had any for like.. a year. Too sweet. I also don't miss pasta or cheese.
mcdonalds deluxe breakfasts... EW.
I don't miss anything... Mainly because I still eat everything I want to, just on ocassion or in moderation. =)

But I did cut one thing out of my diet and that is fast food. And boy, I do not miss that one bit. Haha. (:
Fried chicken, any variety of soda, and Mrs Bairds pies/pastries.
I don't even know why I ate those to begin with, I don't even like the taste very much. o_O;
Don't miss Fast Food AT ALL. Don't miss polishing off an entire loaf of pumpkin bread or something like that. Don't miss Hostess anything don't miss candy bars. Why did I DO these things?
I don't miss AT ALL:
-sweet drinks,alcohol and sodas(i've been drinking only water for months)
-fast food
-candy
-white bread(i actually like more the taste of whole-grain bread)
-fat meat (i never liked meat to much since I was a kid anyways...)
-whole milk(skim milk seems the same)
-many of the junk foods doesn't tempt me
I rarely crave
-mashed potatoes with butter
-french fries
-home made pancakes
-pastries
-toasted sandwiches with ham and processed cheese
And I need almost every day(even a little):
-chocolate:( especially the white one ,and if it has walnuts or hazel nuts is the best!!!
Sad...I still eat chocolate sometimes
I don't miss eating red meat, especially beef and pork.
I generally still eat what I used to, just with smaller portions and a lot more veggies thrown in.
However now when I feel full, I'm content with leaving food on my plate (thanks to the cc'er who once basically said that whether you put the food in the bin or eat it it still ends up as "waste" (after digestion!) so why bother with the extra calories!) so I guess you could say I don't miss finishing everything off!
I thought I was still eating everything in moderation, but you're right, some things have fallen off the table almost entirely....
candy bars - too many calories, too few bites - I include energy bars here too
fast food - especially deep fried anything - 1400 calories for a 2 piece fish n chips?
sushi - the sticky rice sent my blood sugar through the roof, and the soy sauce is too much of a salt load
blizzards
twinkies and ho-ho's have been gone for years...
I don't miss fried chicken, sweet drinks, or regular sodas
Everything else I'll have in moderation
potato chips! i never really liked them at all, too greasy, and sometimes they cut the roof of my mouth and then the salt & grease would just make it worse, terrible combination =0
so now that i stopped eating them i realized that even though i ate them i never liked them, and i don't miss 'em at all!
also- soda, fried chicken, Hostess/Little Debbie snack cake things, Butterfinger bars, mashed potatoes, McDonald's pancakes, white bread
honestly, adapting a healthy eating lifestyle hasn't made me not like these things, it's just made me realize how i honestly never really liked them all that much in the first place.
chips and mars bars. back in grade 9 before my eating disorder or before i even became health-conscious at all, i used to eat a bag of chips (the 99 cent bags) and two mars bars for lunch, everyday.
now, i hate both :|
Candies, any form of chocolate that does not include the words 100% in it, chips, fast food (like fries, thank god), soda, and (sadly enough) oreos and macaroons, which used to be my favorite cookies =[

I do not, NOT miss anything. (God, that's confusing.) I'm much like the poster who has everything in moderation.
I gave up soda almost 9 years ago and I guess you can say I don't miss that. In the 9 year period I had soda once to settle my upset stomach..but it was so nasty. I felt like I was drinking waffles syrup. Ick!
I don't miss fast food at all! That or any of that like frozen stuff like Hot Pockets. I used to eat those two things alll the time but I refuse to eat them now. They kinda gross me out now. hahahh
McDonalds french fries and muffins.
Up until I found out the fries were made with some sort fo beef extract, I would grab a small order on my workbreaks once or twice a week... and everytime they would be disgusting and soggy. Same deal with the muffins, 9/10 times the tops would be gross and sticky.
I don't miss fast food. It isn't that I hate it or anything. I just never think about it, so conclude that I must not miss it.

I love me some hot pockets..but now I opt for lean pockets..I don't care how "bad" some people think they are..they are like crack wrapped up in a warm flakey buttery crust.
