If miss a day...
I have a "scheduled variable" workout routine that includes rest days. When I miss a day I cannot decide what to do. Should I just keep going with the plan, or do the day I missed on the next day and keep going from there?![]()
i miss days and do either depending on what else i have coming up that week. on weeks where i have a long run on a sunday and i miss my thursday run i just skip thursday (instead of moving it to friday). if it was say elliptical or yoga or something that i skipped, i would do it on friday.
Just ignore it and move on one day wont hurt you too bad if you try too hard to stick to a routine it doesnt always work either adn youll get stressed for no reason
I have a log book and I plan my weeks. When I see a schedule problem, I trade days to avoid skipping.
