They don't seem to taste as good. I am an ice cream and Pepsi addict and I haven't had any pepsi in 2 weeks and only 2 bowls of ice cream (one on each cheat day) but when I have had it it seemed too sweet. I know that it's a breakthrough and I should be happy for my healthier lifestyle but I miss the satisfaction of that first sip of cold pepsi or forst bite of ice cream. Bittersweet...

aw man, I wish that would happen to me. Ha, well not entirely because yeah when you want a treat, it's not really a treat anymore. So I'm sorry. Maybe your taste buds will come back?
Instead of pinning for bad foods I couldnt have, I really enjoyed finding healthy alternatives, like sorbet, or skinny cow ice cream. as for the pop, if its the bubbles you miss try fizzy water with tons of frozen fruit or lemon juice in it, to sweeten it up a little.
A healthy lifestyle change does not have to restrictive in any way :)
Good Luck

Hmm, I eat bad food(??) everyday and it actually prevents me from binging. I eat healthy 1200 cal and bad 200-300 cal for most of days
. I eat real cookies, ice cream, chips, or anything!! I don't eat much though and I am OK with it because I know I will eat another bad(??) food tomorrow!!
I think it is really good idea to give up on soda though - not just for weight loss but also for health :) I naturally cannot tolerate soda. Lucky me :)
But thats awesome! maybe youre not a Pespi and ice cream addict anymore don´t you think!!!??? after all...i know youll find some other healthy treats that you will enjoy as much as you did with the others....well....i have a new one: romaine letucce with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt (just a bit) yummy! I LOVE IT! i dream about it! and I CAN HAVE IT! : )
