I was just wondering if there is anyway to load up a food's nutrition info if we have the label right in front of us? I'm trying to log a Luna bar from breakfast but they don't have my type in here, and none of the other ones match the calories and nutrition percentages. I know it's not THAT different, but I really like to be accurate with my recordings... and I would just like to be able to load my own nutrition label info in if it's missing.

When you click "logs" there is the place on the left where you normally type in your food. There is also an "add your own" option on the right hand side. If you click on that it will let you put in your own nutrition info.
Go to Lunabar.com and search under product, choose your bar, and click on 'ingredient and nutrition information' for a copy of the nutritional label.
For foods that aren't in the CC+ database, you can enter them from the label, or if you don't have the label in front of you, you can google the brand, food and the word nutrition (i.e. Luna Peanut Butter nutrition
) and you can often find the nutrition info online.
Oh, and also, once you enter it once, make sure you tag it for the next time you eat it!
Could there not be a way of us entering it, tagging it etc but then flagging it to CC staff to check and then enter so that other CC users can have it avail on the database too in the future??
