Mission: exercise an entire year
lets all get fit together! i have decided to tweak this thread because i like the idea of exercising for a full year more! =)
basically, i want you all to tell me add: (however many minutes you do TOTAL for the week) i will add them all up until we reach our goal of 8,760 hours- 210,240 (gonna take along time, lol) but how cool would it be to say we excercised for an ENTIRE year.
JOIN! it'll be GREAT motivation! this can be for maintainers &gainers &people trying to lose weight! open to everyone!

oh oh me too! though I don't expect to win (i've got finals next week... study study study) but it will be excellent motivation to get moving when i'm not stuck in the library =]

My grandma has one; I just finished swimming about an hour ago actually! I still at her house right now.
I dive sometimes (even though I'm not very good), but I really love swimming laps. Today I did 110, but I usually do about 125 or 150.

what do you count as a lap? i never know how to count that. i just swim back &forth a bunch of times for 30 minutes. lol, last summer i swam 30 minutes, then came inside the house &slept for 3x as long as i swam. isnt that funny?? lol, i felt like i was gonna pass out when i was swimming. really dizzy.
okay, lets start today. im gonna do my workout in about an hour. so i'll put down how much i few did in a few hours.
okay so should we just post everyday what we've done? or should we create one post and keep editing it whenever we do more stuff?

&at the end of this month we'll have people in 1st 2nd or 3rd place. i really, really, like to win so i knew this thread would motivate me! =)
i'll join. i have to train hard for competitions so this will boost me to do more
Woo hoo! If we're starting today then I did... Thirty-five minutes. Unless we also count weight lifting along with cardio then I did about fifty minutes total.
Is that how we log it? Or do we post in our journals? I'm very confused.
add: 20 minutes. o well can't go full throttle on day 1! i think im gonna do another one!
