This group is for people in the Missouri bootheel area. I'd like to have people from Sikston, MO to Paragould, AR. I'd like to start a exercise buddy program, a weekly weigh in, a forum for reviewing and finding exercise classes in our area, information for reciepies and food we can actually find in our area, and if we have enough people, maybe a meal sharing program.
