Mix/Make Cereal Ideas?

Hey guys,

im 13 years old and after losing about 31 pounds i have finally hit my weight goal and now am maintaining..

Have you guys got any good Cereals that you make/mix? share your ideas!

I buy

Kashi 7whole grain puffs

Some plain Fiber Bran..

Whey Protein powder

and i mix them all together so i know i get lots of fiber,protein and very little sugar without it being so processed and it doesnt contain artificial sweeteners like aspartame, etc...

I like mixing fiber one and Puffins Original. Instead of milk i usually put it in nonfat dannon yogurt :)

I mix Kashi Honey Cinnamon hot cereal with vanilla protein powder and acai, freeze dried berry powder. 

I mix special k protein plus and original fiber one in unsweetened vanilla almond milk with either raisins or dried cranberries or blueberries

i do equal parts, Fiber One/Total/Multi-Grain Cheerios. And than I sprinkler some chocolate whey on top, followed by frozen blue berries. And some times a banana.

this might sound weird but sometimes I cook oatmeal with egg whites mixed in and then mix in fiber one cereal. That way I have protein and fiber oatmeal :) tastes good to me

Just FYI...I think I read on the box that the plain Fiber One has aspartame?

 

1/2 cup Fiber One, 1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch

1 cup Cheerios
1 cup puffed wheat
1/4 or 1/2 cup Fiber One
1/4 or 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup vanilla soymilk or unsweetened vanilla almond breeze
4-6 shakes of cinnamon.. :DDD

Delicious.

I do mostly Kashi whole grain puffs (great low calorie sugar free filler) Kashi Go Lean and a little bit of Kashi Vive (I love this cereal but the sugar content is a bit high for my liking)

You should totally try throwing a whole egg in there instead of just egg whites.  It's so yummy :]

I switch between the different flavors of Special K and Honey Bunch of Oats.

i mix special K red berries and go lean crunch together with half of a cut up banana and i really enjoy it.

its sweet and has alot of volume to help keep u full.

i usually use half a cup or each cereal and half a med banana which equals out to 178 calories w/o milk.
