Ingredients
1/4 banana, sliced/frozen
2 strawberries, frozen
1/4 cup blackberries, frozen
1/4 cup fat-free yogurt, plain
1/2 cup skim milk
Directions
  1. blend all ingredients together with ice cubes in blender.

  2. enjoy!
