4oz frozen raspberries
2oz fresh nectarine
2oz fresh apple
2oz fresh pineapple
Approximately equivalent in ice ie- put the fruit in a large glass- add that much ice to blender
LESS than 140 CALORIES!! and MMMM MMMM MMMMM yummy!!!

i make a smoothie w/ soy milk, ice and a couple spoonfuls of frozen sweetened pineapple which is delicious and about 150 calories. yours sounds delicious too! smoothies are like candy. :)
Also great with a drop of real vanilla extract or a tsp of cinnamon.
I like mine with whatever fruits I can get my hands on, with a little vanilla soy milk. They're so filling and yummy! I really like using frozen fruits for them too.

Even better than candy, becuase I can't just keep drinking them.......it takes sooo long and by the time I am done- I am FULL....not say'n give me another candy bar or I want some more chocolate
