mmm such a good breakfast/snack!

ok so i got up a little late this morning haha which is why i am just having breakfast now but i just made a tasty combination for the first time and it was seriously decadent. totally simple too. i cut up some fresh strawberries and dipped them into yoplait light fat free yogurt, the white chocolate strawberry flavor. so delicious i couldn't believe it. its a very light breakfast-about 150 cals, i'm also having some coffee and going running in a bit so i didn't want something heavy, but this would make a wonderful snack also! especially when you have that sweet tooth, because the yogurt totally made me feel like i was eating something indulgent. i will be experimenting with other flavor combos later...haha just thought i'd share since i was so impressed ha. just goes to show that eating well can also be super delish.

anyone else have something like this they would like to share......something unexpectedly good for how good for you it is?

Yoplait Delights Lemon Torte Parfait yogurt + 1/2 cup cheerios = lemon mergang pie.  About 150 callories and even my 6 year old loves it.

Greek yoghurt+branflakes+PB+honey (or splenda) = deelish!

Frozen Fage with cinnamon and stevia (frozen yogurt!) with Kashi GoLean and Kashi Puffs with a handful of chopped almonds.  Heaven!
