Whatever you get, make sure the flavored syrup is sugar-free (0 calories per serving) and the milk is skim or nonfat. Also, coffee at cafes tend to have more caffeine in them, so order a half-caf beverage. Don't get whipped cream (it is usually REAL whipped cream). I would avoid any pre-made drink (mocha drinks, etc...) and rather order something I know I'll want, and that I won't regret drinking later!
Good luck!

espresso... get an americano which is a shot of espresso with high pressure water added. it's like 10 calories for a regular sized drink, then you can add sugar free syrups if you want it sweetened.
