This group is for mommies who are in the process of reclaiming their pre-baby beauty!  On page 6, you will find our Biggest Loser competition.  We are dividing into groups and gonna shed as many pounds as we can before May.

If interested, email Hildieb your: first name, age, height and frame size, starting weight & goal weight.

 To just join the group, make a post with the above info.  Each week when you weigh in, edit your original post and indicate your total loss.

Wow this sounds cool.  I have joined a couple of groups for weigh in but there is not one here for us mommy's.  Wink  So as for my Stats

NAME: Emily

AGE: 35

FRAME SIZE: Medium Frame   HEIGHT: 5'3"

CURRENT WEIGHT: 129 (as of this morning but TTOM is upon me next week so this will probably go up  Frown )

START WEIGHT: 149

My "First Goal" is about 120 lbs but I'll have to decide then wether that is enough to help with this belly fat I still have plenty of.  I was always between 115 to 118 before my daughter so may decide to go on to that.  Laughing

    we had a busy weekend with LOTS of food (sushi, yum!)  and I can't believe I actually lost half a pound after all that! Yay!

    Today 10/30 I'm up 1.5 to 167.5 Grrrr! that's what eating salty junk food on your birthday will get ya. Should've wasted those calories on sweets instead. Water, water, water! Thanks for the bday wishes Afton. Wow our kids are really close! :0)

    Awesome! I am glad to find some fellow mommy's. Cati (Cati83) & I will be tossing out challenges every weeks. Our weeks will run Mon-Sun with weigh ins on Mondays.

    Happy Birthday Keisha!  Isn't it funny how much we pay for certain foods?  I am looking at getting one of the scales that tell you water %age so I can better determine my bad foods. Hope you had a good one!

    How is everyone doing on water before meals?  I am not doing so well - I keep forgetting with how busy the days are.  UGH!
    I did better yesterday than I did today. Like you, I keep forgetting. At least we still have five more days! :o)
    I've been trying to drink more water, but I haven't had water BEFORE my meals very many times, so I'm not doing very good one that, I forget as well.
    Hi everybody, I didn't die, I just moved to another state and the whole moving/ packing / unpacking/ getting settled thing took up alot of time ;) good to be back and glad to see you have started a new one of these!   I hope it is not too late to join in again?...

    Ok 8 oz of water before each meal, I like that, that way I remember to stagger it. I usually end up looking at the clock and discovering I have greater than 1/2 my water to drink for the day and I only have about an hour before bedtime...

    Hey everybody, I'm trying to drink this water to get this sodium out. Hope I see progress by Friday. Blasted Nachos!!! ={
    Did pretty well over Halloween. Not perfect, but not bad.  I set out a bowl with a nice healthy trail mix and fruit and grabbed for that instead of my kids halloween candy.  Really hard sometimes because man thay got some good stuff this year!!! :)
    I broke down and had one candy bar.  JUST ONE.  LOL Gosh I felt so guilty.  LOL  Now I'm trying to pretend she doesn't still have a huge bag full in there.  LOL

    I wish I could say I didn't have candy every day this week, but I did at least budget it.  I love sweets.  If I didn't eat them, I would lose 10 pounds super fast.  Someday I may be that motivated, but not yet. :)

    I am doing OK on the water.  I am not getting it in before the meals but am still getting it in.

    I have had a couple piece of chocolate...im not feeling bad about it though :)
    I don't know why I get so upset over a little chocolate.  LOL  I have noticed the closer I get to my goal weight that the harder time I've given myself over "little slip ups".  I guess it's one of those cases where you can see the light at the end of the tunnel and still feel like your never going to reach it.  LOL  Heck I'm already starting to stress over how I'll mantain (and maintence is probably still at least a month away).  But losing has never been the problem for me....MAINTING HAS.  Luckly though I'm doing GREAT on my water before meals.  It took me a couple days to remember to drink at least a glass before meals but I always drink between 11-12 glasses of water a day so it was more a matter of training myself on WHEN to do it for this challange.  LOL
