I'm trying to get rid of my baby weight and my baby is 3!!
I dont feel like i have done *too* bad considering but no where near as healthy as i would have at home.
I just figure as long as Im still fitting into my size 8's (started at an 18) I cant be doing too bad...as long as i havent gained over 5 pounds I think i can accept it...BUT then as soon as I get home i have thanksgiving a few days later...eeek!!

This week was ROUGH! This is going to be pure venting, but I know mom's can appreciate how all of this piled up. So, my hubby was out of town and our youngest got sick - vomiting and so on. We had to start antibiotics a week ago b/c she was still vomiting and then got an ear infection. BUT that started diarhea just in time for the work week to start again for my DH. SOOOO - I cleaned up a baby swimming in diarhea multiple times but my favorite was 3 mornings this week...in go all of the sheets, etc. THen my son and I got food poisoning on Monday night which lasted through Wednesday so we were both vomiting. That poor little guy threw up 8 times overnight and hit the bucket each time. So as of this last Friday we are all better and our DD is off of antibiotics. THANK GOD! I was just happy to be logging my calories this week.
I did drink my water on days when I was not sick and was only over 1 day this week. But I ate a lot of take out pizza which I hate b/c I know the calories are not accurate. I did exercise 3 times last week. This next week will be better!!!
Cati is getting back tonight so we will see if she has a challenge for us. Otherwise we will go with one rec to do squats or leg lifts each time we brush our teeth or something. :) I like that one!![]()

CHALLENGE Week 11/19-11/25: Do lunges, squats or leg lifts every time you are brushing your teeth. I try to do ones where I am squatting and then lift my calves up and hold for 3 seconds and then lower. Vary it and have fun!
on the plus side I weighed in this morning (gave myself 1 day detox for all the water weight from not so good for me foods...which just means I ate healthy and drank a TON of water) and I was just hoping I didnt cross back over into the 140's. well...I weighed in at 1 pound LESS then when i left for vacation!!! how the heck THAT happened I have no idea!!!

weighed in today and I am officially down 50.6 pounds!!!! sooo thrilled! still going to treat myself today, lets hope it doesnt push me over and under that 50 Lb. mark! BUT if it does...im not worried! I love thanksgiving foods and it only comes once a year :)

I did go way over my caloric goals but NOT above my burned amount! I shouldn't gain from this, but gotta get back on track for Christmas.... sigh...
