I can't believe it's November already! I hope everyone had a safe and festive Halloween weekend! I had a great time with my friend, and even managed to lose some weight!

Hello girls and good job losing some through Halloween! I haven't been here in a while too. I kind of gave up on counting since 10/9. It's been fine though. My weight has been fluctuating around 155 and it seems I really have to reduce the calories to get to my goal of 150. And I don't want to eat less,he he, in fact I've been eating more and this morning my weight was 156.5. I'll try this way for a couple of weeks more and if my weight doesn't go back to 155 I have to get back to counting again. I just needed a break. I'm still running and going to the gym tough. Sunday I ran my longest run to date, 11 miles with lots of hills, I'm quite proud of my endurance and I woke up without feeling sore, which is a first after long runs. I ran a 10K on 10/24 and my pace was 10:07 min/mile, 13sec/mile improvement from my first 10K. I was expecting at least 30 sec better, but I guess I have to be more patient. This Saturday I'm running a 5K and I'm hoping a 9:30 min/mile pace, since it's a shorter run. I'll let you know if I'm being too ambitious again.![]()
