The Monday Weekly Weigh In
Hi guys
We have decided to have a Monday weekly weigh in to show our progress, it will be like Weight Watchers without the members fee! (I'm from the UK and Weight Watchers is a national weight loss programme with it's own special foods etc.) Basically just update us every week to show us what's been going on! If you haven't lost any or put on a little, we shall support you no matter what :D

Hurrah! I weighed in at 165 this morning!!! I wasn't sure if I'd even see 166, so I'm very happy :)
but I think I know why I got a bigger drop (TMI Warning!) - My stomach has been a little off since thursday, and I ended up going 4 days without anything but liquid waste when I went to the bathroom, very unusual for me
. In short, problem solved this morning, and obviously it WAS having an effect on my weight. Yuck.
Boo.. I'm up .5lbs. Totally expected though. I'm an emotional eater and this last week has been a total mess for me. I'm going to get back on track today

Nice job on staying the same through ttom, I always crave greasy food then.
I'm down from 142.5 two weeks ago to 140.5 =) I usually weigh in the same circumstances. But I have started going to the gym right when I wake up, instead of having breakfast and waiting two hours to go to the gym. I weigh right after I work out. So this may have an effect on those two pounds, so tomorrow I'm going to eat breakfast when I get up and wait two hours before I go to the gym, and see if it still reads 140.5 (or lower!).

I hope no one forgot to do their weighing this morning!
I'm down two pounds, so 303 exactly. I am super excited to get down below 300 because it's only this year that I've been above it, and before I always promised myself I would never reach 300. So it was a big let down. But I'm on my way!
I only lost 2lbs this week, no workout as such so that's why. Well done trashleyf! I'm excited for you too :) give it maybe two weeks and who knows you may be under 300 that would be great :)
I'm 166 I think... damn this lbs milarky, I weigh 11st 12 so I'm on target to get to my goal by the end of september :D

not the exciting change i was hoping for this week, but I kinda ate whatever I wanted over saturday and sunday, so I'm not terribly surprised either hehe.
