Hi guys

 

We have decided to have a Monday weekly weigh in to show our progress, it will be like Weight Watchers without the members fee! (I'm from the UK and Weight Watchers is a national weight loss programme with it's own special foods etc.) Basically just update us every week to show us what's been going on! If you haven't lost any or put on a little, we shall support you no matter what :D

Well done Trashley!!

Well I don't know what my weight is as the scales are playing up... they are electronic and they keep saying 'EE' unless I weigh so much they are just doing letters instead of figures now.. I'll tell you guys tomorrow for sure :) Today I have been swimming and have been really good with my food so that should be cool. I measured myself in the week and since I started (5th Aug) I have lost 5.5inches (like an inch here and there) how awesome!

so.... i ate a really heavy dinner with my family last night, and didn't like the number i saw on the scale this morning Undecided so i'm opting to weigh myself again later, or maybe tomorrow.... lol

I know it's cheating, but i really am going to try to eat better this week, plus this week i'm starting exercising twice a week which i know has to help. See you tomorrow ;) hehe

so i moved back to my college apartment this weekend, and forgot many things at home..including the scale. =/ but i weighed myself on Saturday and I was 205. so that would be 2 down from last week again, but i'll get the official weigh in  tomorrow =]

great job to everyone!!

i think weighing in really helps my concentration on the task and especially helps keep me in line during the weekend. =]

I hope it's not too late for me to join this. I'll post my weight anyway. I had started a diet a few weeks back, but then completely abandoned it. So now I'm restarting.


Current weight: 141.2

Yay go us! I weighed myself this morning and there is no change. I am actually pretty happy with that. However this week is going to be the mark of change in all aspects of my life! I think I might be weight stuck though so I may need to check out how to get over that :)

Super well done trashley!! That's awesome!! I bet you feel great! I managed to shift two lbs this weekend so that's pretty cool... thanks to McDonalds!! I guess sometimes your body needs rubbish to get it going again!! I'm now 164 :D

I find that I lose weight if I eat something junky once a week or so as well. Good job on the two pounds Smile We're doing so good, haha

CONGRADULATIONS trashley!!

I'm down one this week, to 204. I can't wait to get down 5 more to that below 200 mark. and I've also noticed, if i let myself have a treat about once a week, I'm more on track for the rest of the week.

If we keep this up we'll get to our goals in no time!

I haven't weighed in in forever- I upped my calories recently and so my weight fluctuations are all over the place. I stopped weighing in because I was getting so frustrated. I'll weigh in tomorrow and let you all know how it goes.

I know I'm really late at joining, but I hope you'll still let me? Smile I just starded CC on Monday and I just stumbled upon this thread today. I'm 23 and 5'7".  I hope to lose about 35-40 pounds. I put on about 15 pounds of weight my senior year of college (kinda the opposite of most people I guess).

So here goes:

Starting weight 01-Sep-2008:  155

Goal weight: 120 by 01-June-2009

119.4. :( Upping my cals definitely made me jump up a bit but now I think I'm stabilising and hopefully it'll go down.

I'm so close to being down in the 280's, I haven't been that low in months. It seems a little silly to be excited to be this heavy really.

so..i thought my scale was lying to me, so I weighed myself at the gym today too..and it read about the same as my home scale...

I lost ABOUT 6 POUNDS..in one week..so im down to 198.6!!

I added swimming into my workouts for the week, and i think its really making the difference...let me tell you..those olympic swimmers..those guys are FIT!
