Hi guys

 

We have decided to have a Monday weekly weigh in to show our progress, it will be like Weight Watchers without the members fee! (I'm from the UK and Weight Watchers is a national weight loss programme with it's own special foods etc.) Basically just update us every week to show us what's been going on! If you haven't lost any or put on a little, we shall support you no matter what :D

 

Let the weight loss begin!!!

EDIT: oh, I forget if I've posted before, but I will be consistently posting...bit over 5'6", started at 175 lbs, my current goal is to hit 140 by the end of the year.

I would like to join the weekly weigh ins! This morning I weighed in at 165.  My goal weight is 125.  I have a long way to go    Frown

You sure can join in :) We kinda have the same goal and starting weights so hey we both have a long journey ahead...

I weighed yesterday but totally forgot to come and post it.

295, down 1.5 this week. Yay!

I've been binging for a while and tomorrow is my fresh start. I think this will really help me. Is it ok if I join in? I know I'm 140 something but I'm not sure what and 5'4. It sucks! Anyway, I'll try to get an exact weight on Monday.

Monday will be the new start for me, it's Freshers week so all shall be revealed...

which can be chalked up to the fact i've been eating terrible and pre-menstrual weight gain. blah. i feel like a loser.

 Nah man, don't feel like a loser. We all have those weeks. I'm up two pounds this week because of my own actions, not even because it's close to the time of the month for me. I drank almost a quart of rum the other night, and the day after I drink all I want to do is eat. But never anything good, it's got to be fatty and greasy and all around as bad for me as possible. In the past week I've gone to an all-you-can-eat Chinese place, ate a medium pizza to myself, had some sort of potatoes in cheese sdauce with bacon bits, had two donairs (which is just a bunch of meat and garlic sauce on a pita. Oh, with onions and tomatoes though, thats good right? oh, it did have cheese on it though..) Ate half a medium pizza, had poutine..

I just felt like I needed to get that all off my chest. And while I'm paying for it with the weight gain, it was all fun, because I was with my friends and we had a few laughs, so I don't think I would change it if I could.

Yeah, I had fun too. : ) Even though there were DEFINITELY moments where I could've handled myself better (I had pad thai, cookies, cookies, chocolate, pizza, a slushie, all sorts of crap), it's a learning experience, and here is the consequence. Besides, I learned a "don't make more rice than you want to eat yourself because if you do you're setting yourself up to have too much" lesson. Valuable.

We'll both do better this time....I had a great day today, so seven of those and I'm good for next Monday.

todays weigh in ...197..so i lost .8 of a pound. I'm just getting over my monthly woman curse (hehe) and I had a hardcore chocolate binge last week, so I'm happy that I didn't gain anything.

Hi, I'm know I'm late but I would like to join!  I am 229 lbs today.  My overall goal is 160, but I am working on small goals for now because the BIG number is so far away! So my small goal is 200 by Jan 1st.  I hope I can do it!

I hope it's okay if I join!  I weighed in at 135 the last time I was on the scale and my goal is 120.  Hopefully posting every Monday will keep me a bit more motivated :)

so in the last 2 weeks of somewhat **** eating habits, I've lost .5

119 still! I'm surprised I didn't go up because I went to a wedding this weekend and ate and drank aplenty! It was great!

102.8, but i weighed myself a minute ago to see if that was accurate and my weight is 101.4 ( after i had eaten!)

soo...191.8..basically down 5. 2 this week..i like this. I know I'm losing more now because I'm still on the quite heavy side and once I lose some more it'll slow down a bit..but I'm definitely enjoying it for now! hehe
