Hi guys

 

We have decided to have a Monday weekly weigh in to show our progress, it will be like Weight Watchers without the members fee! (I'm from the UK and Weight Watchers is a national weight loss programme with it's own special foods etc.) Basically just update us every week to show us what's been going on! If you haven't lost any or put on a little, we shall support you no matter what :D

 

Let the weight loss begin!!!

I've never posted but am a total lurker! I'd love to join in!

I'm 5'8 and my weight this morning was 149

My goal is 130. I've been on a plateau so hopefully by next monday i can break it!

 

226.5  which I can deal with, I guess.  I need to hit the gym harder this week!

i totally forgot to weigh in this week. but i did this morning (tuesday) and it said i gained about 6.5 lbs.....in 2 days..i know, not possible, so im thinking its nearing the lovely female time that we all love..plus im getting quite annoyed by my roommate which only happens around that time. hehe

 

I'll kick it up a notch and hope next week im either on TTOM of over it, so I can lose this hopeful water weight. =]
