i always weigh myself 1st thing monday mornings, AFTER going to the loo (that must account for a couple of oz!) and before eating, drinking or showering (wet hair weighs more than dry!! ;-D)

anyone else weigh in on mondays? shall we have a "monday weigh-in club" and report each monday how we're doing? might be a good idea to just reply to this topic each week to keep it all in one place rather than creating new topics each week? then we can all spur each other on!

last time i was trying to lose weight i started off by weighing in every friday, but found that weighing myself on mondays instead actually was an incentive to lay off the binges i'd usually do on a weekend, as the thought of braving the weights immediately after the weekend was enough to scare me from overeating!

so this is the start of my first week, so no loss to report yet, but my starting weight is 72kg / 158.8lbs, and we'll see how i did next week!

right, it's time to report! i started on 72kg / 158.8lbs 9 days ago,  now i am 70kg / 154.3lbs.

that is a loss of 2kg / 4.5lbs!
Ahhh, Not lost this week..... I'm even pregnant (thats on another thread) or my period is about to come..... Not to worried, swings and round abouts. But me skin is looking gooodddd. XXXXX

Since I really only started dieting last week, I'm assuming most of this was water weight. I won't expect such high weight loss the rest of the month but its definitely a good jump start for me...
I'm in.... 162.  I also started just started dieting last week.  I was at 165.  I've been weighing everyday and realize that most of this is water weight.  I think from now on I'll stick with weekly weigh-ins.
I was 267 this morn at weigh in lost 1lb from last last monday, Bit dissapointed it was not more but this weekend my Bro got engaged so I joined him and his future misses out on town to celebrate so let my diet slip a little
Sounds good to me and I agree it may halt the weekend binges.  I am just starting to day so it is the 1st day of the 1st week at 168.5
I didn't post last week but I will begin my Monday weigh-ins.  142 this week.
I?m in at 196.2, up 2.8 lbs from last Monday, way to go me! I actually did excellent all week until I got hit by the period monster and ate bad Saturday & Sunday. I?m very discouraged that eating good 5 days out of the week means nothing?.    :(
Count me in on the Monday morning weigh-in.  I've been a member since January of this year and enjoy the community posts, but haven't participated myself.  Nows the time to jump in I think.  I'm at 168 this morning......shooting for 145 by December. 
Okie dokie, i'm totally in on this. This morning, i weighed in at 196 lbs, down 4 pounds from this past week :D except, i'm going to have a little more water-weight this week ( that time of the month DX).

it's weird, my scale at home says i'm 196, but at the doctor's, it says i'm 194. . . i wouldn't mind taking that lower weight ;) but i don't want to get overly confident about it D:

hopefully next  monday will be lower ^_^
im down to 166.8.  I started out at 175 about 2 weeks ago.  not too shabby eh?
what a great site this is :)  from reading through these threads, i can see that everyone is very supportive here.  i just started my weight loss journey so here i go.

Well......I'm up 6 more pounds to 180 now!!!! YIKES....
down 3.2 pounds to 260.8.
I do that w/ my mom.  We weigh in on Mondays and email each other our updated ticker.  So, you can count me in on here!
