i always weigh myself 1st thing monday mornings, AFTER going to the loo
(that must account for a couple of oz!) and before eating, drinking or
showering (wet hair weighs more than dry!! ;-D)
anyone else weigh in on mondays? shall we have a "monday weigh-in club" and report each monday how we're doing? might be a good idea to just reply to this topic each week to keep it all in one place rather than creating new topics each week? then we can all spur each other on!
last time i was trying to lose weight i started off by weighing in every friday, but found that weighing myself on mondays instead actually was an incentive to lay off the binges i'd usually do on a weekend, as the thought of braving the weights immediately after the weekend was enough to scare me from overeating!
so this is the start of my first week, so no loss to report yet, but my starting weight is 72kg / 158.8lbs, and we'll see how i did next week!

Dangit!... I was down 9 LBS on Saturday and now I'm only down 2 from my starting wt!! I'm guessing it must be water retention. I went crazy on salty snacks yesterday.
I'm at 207- 1lb higher than last week- DARN!!! Its all the alcohol from the weekend!!!

Just started last week, but I gained 3 lbs :( well almost, I started at 141 was 143.4 this morning...blah...
OK, last week's plateau was set at 154, today 151!!!!!!
My Monday weigh in was 150 exactly. 10-15 pounds to go, will probably go the 15!
What a great idea! I'm new here, and I've been weighing myself daily, however, only reporting on Fridays, my mentality being that I wanted to see what I had accomplished BEFORE the weekend, but Monday weigh ins really will curb my need for cinnamon rolls :)

I weighed 191 on a 5'1" frame after my third pregnancy in February. I was doing so good until I plateaued forever.
I was at 138 for three weeks before finally losing that little pound. I was sooooooo excited today!

I am at 132 - thats a 4lb loss this week!
I lost a pound, which kind of bummed me out because I've been losing
3. But, hey, at least I lost. And I did a major workout
session today, which burned 410 calories. Plus stuck to my
calorie goal, so everything is good.

I always weigh my self on sunday mornings. last sunday i was around 228. this sunday was at 230. think I had a little to much salt last week.
Down 1.4 lbs to 259.4 lb

May I join? I always weigh in on Monday mornings anyways. Well this week I am at 151. I started off at 157 at the beginning of July and my goal is 125. Well, first 135 since that's pre-pregnancy weight, then after that everything is bonus! Sheesh, this third pregnancy poundage is hard to get rid of!

I'm at 153.25 lbs this week... that's -1.25 lbs since last Monday. I was kind of worried after taking a cheat day on Saturday (I never take cheat days), but I guess things are all right.
