i always weigh myself 1st thing monday mornings, AFTER going to the loo (that must account for a couple of oz!) and before eating, drinking or showering (wet hair weighs more than dry!! ;-D)

anyone else weigh in on mondays? shall we have a "monday weigh-in club" and report each monday how we're doing? might be a good idea to just reply to this topic each week to keep it all in one place rather than creating new topics each week? then we can all spur each other on!

last time i was trying to lose weight i started off by weighing in every friday, but found that weighing myself on mondays instead actually was an incentive to lay off the binges i'd usually do on a weekend, as the thought of braving the weights immediately after the weekend was enough to scare me from overeating!

so this is the start of my first week, so no loss to report yet, but my starting weight is 72kg / 158.8lbs, and we'll see how i did next week!

You know, yesterday I was 188.0  And the day before that I was 188.5.  I don't know what gives about today.  I gained two pounds overnight?  :(

I must tell you, it was very hard for me at first to give up all the junk and bad stuff, but now its been over 2 months since I put that garbage in my body and I am at a total loss as of right now 44 Lbs.

Ok, last week I weighed 142.  This morning I weighed 145.  I had ice cream 3 times this weekend!!!  Coldstone!!!  It was terrible and I really don't want to do that again.  I just found the Monday weigh-in-club and I think it will help me on the weekends.  Any encouragement is welcome.   Thanks!!!  :)

I was 145 last Monday and this morning I am 141.5!!!  I have really stepped up on my exercise and have started sticking to my diet.  I guess it is working!  Yay!!!

Today - 187.  I was holding on to some water weight for some reason last week so I should have been 188 which is a pound loss.

I've been MIA for about 6 months (still watching what I've been eating, excersizing, etc.)

Yay!  This is one of those surprising weeks.  In my head, I've been thinking "why can't I get past 187," but in reality I've lost 1.5 pounds this last week and didn't even realize it.  :D  Go me!!
