i always weigh myself 1st thing monday mornings, AFTER going to the loo
(that must account for a couple of oz!) and before eating, drinking or
showering (wet hair weighs more than dry!! ;-D)
anyone else weigh in on mondays? shall we have a "monday weigh-in club" and report each monday how we're doing? might be a good idea to just reply to this topic each week to keep it all in one place rather than creating new topics each week? then we can all spur each other on!
last time i was trying to lose weight i started off by weighing in every friday, but found that weighing myself on mondays instead actually was an incentive to lay off the binges i'd usually do on a weekend, as the thought of braving the weights immediately after the weekend was enough to scare me from overeating!
so this is the start of my first week, so no loss to report yet, but my starting weight is 72kg / 158.8lbs, and we'll see how i did next week!

holy crap. i know this is wednesday but this is like my monday since I was at a seminar for two days. I come in and im 4 lbs down from where I was last monday. 28 lbs down so far, about 25-30 to go.
It's Monday again... I've actually been looking forward to Monday, because that means I get to weigh and record again. I know, I'm bizarre.

I'm up a pound this week, but it's not a full pound and since I weighed myself last wednesday I'm not sweating it.
I haven't checked in here since July 2 (was part of a July Challenge that met on Mondays).

Hi everyone....I started lurking at this site last week...last Monday, which was my first weigh-in...and my realization that some drastic healthy lifestyle changes are in order. I managed to walk 3miles 4 times last week and keep track of my calories for the last three days!! That is a small success for me!
Anywho...nice to "meet" you all ....and I am down 2 lbs this Monday!

Both are 1.5 lbs above my starting weight, but my binges took me up to 122 at one point, so I am not too disappointed.

I just joined this site today, and would like to join the Monday weigh-in club. I already weigh in monthly at work for a competition here...but weekly seems to keep me more motivated. So my first Monday weigh-in weight is:
