Monday Weigh-in Group
I figured I would start a new Monday weigh-in group (I actually couldn't find any...but I'm sure they're out there). For all those people who weigh in on Mondays, come here to share your progress, your setbacks, and find a buddy or two!
After gaining 15lbs in the past 3 months (ugh), I need to get back to working out and eating right like I used to! I want to get back on track before I start graduate school in July, so I can take those healthy habits with me into my new life! Anyway, today I am starting again. I have a new mindset: I don't hope to lose the weight or hope to become healthy. I AM going to lose the weight and I AM going to be healthy.

I got a new Scale WW and the difference with my old one was about 4 pounds !!!! so I'm at the same weight from before ( 196.00) but now on reality is 200 lbs. NEED TO DO SOMETHING !

I love this group, only lost a half pound, but decided to take some measurements and have lost anywhere from 1/2 inch to an inch in various places since the last three weeks :-)

It was my birthday this week, so I'm lucky I lost anything after a dinner, a happy hour and a night of many drinks and dancing. Here's hoping next week will be more than half a pound.

Felt off track this week, wasn't keep track of eating but
suppose I have learned enough about portion control to
keep me from gaining. This weeks goal is to track intake and
exercise.

Hello all, I had a nice week, but is something about going to the beach, everytime I gain weight, not for long but is right before monday ! anyway, I have been watching really close my weight, I follow advice of being on top daily about my weight, so I can see how it varies up or down, and I finally saw some movements this week

5 pounds down since I started. I know it won't always be that big of a drop, but seeing results already has definately given me inspiration to keep at it. :)

Today 220 lbs
First big goal 200 lbs
Being super active really made me drop some weight this
week... with a move and the Texas heat I was not surprised.
