monday weighers? & i am so happy!!
Just wondering if anyone else has Monday morning as their weigh-in date?
This morning was my first official weigh-in! I've been at this one week. And i am so happy b/c i have lost 5.5 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, i know that is a lot in one week. Don't worry- i'm not doing anything crazy! Just what is recommended on this site. I've heard that sometimes you lose fast in the beginning. ANYWAY. i'm thrilled.
My starting weight, last monday: 279 pounds.
Today's weight: 273.5!!!! :)

Today I hit the 25 pound mark, the few months of work have really paid off, and I'm half way to my goal! As far as weighing in goes this has been my best monday so far cause I can really see the progress. It doesn't even feel real sometimes, I'm amazed that I really did buckle down and decide to lose weight and that it worked! Keep up the great work guys, the results are worth it!
I just started keeping track 5 days ago and had decided that Monday would be my weigh in day so I weighed in today at 183.2 (Lost almost 3 lbs in 5 days!)

I've lost 2 lbs in the last week and 2 the week before. I'm so relieved because I was on a looooooong plateau.
Hey! Last week was my first week as well, and today was supposed to be my weigh-in day, but I cheated and weighed myself on Saturday and Sunday morning. I've lost 5.2 pounds! :)
Congratulations! I am so happy for all of you! This is my third week. I actually gained this morning! Unbelivable. The sad part is I haven't cheated, I worked out six days last week. Nothing unusual and I gained. I'm sad.![]()
don't be sad, rozie, if you are doing it right, then it will all work out. just tell yourself it's muscle. :) I'm sure you'll see better results next week!
