I have been wanting to start a group that holds each other accountable for our weight loss and struggles. I would like for all of us to help each other out giving ideas on how to support one another whether it be recipes, exercise or what ever else. I have been struggling with my weight for the last couple of years and want to get back into a healthy weight. I have also recently been engaged so I figured this would be a perfect time to start. We weigh-in every Monday and report your weight. Please ask for suggestions from your group members if you need help or give your other group members some suggestions if you experienced success. I'm no personal trainer or nutritionist but I can give whatever ideas that have helped me. Now, who is with me?
