After 2 months I had my first binge and I dont care!!!!!!!
My morning got off to a bad start, late for work, then my day went well until I had to work in the office (my Saturday shifts I work in a different department for the the morning, then into my regular job in the afternoon).. So many customer complaints and it was just really busy in general.. At one point I was about to go for lunch and I was like eh, I'll just finish up this one last thing then go.. The next thing I know I have 3 sticky notes attached to my monitor and multiple customers calling in, ect.. All of sudden its 3pm, I still hadnt taken lunch and all I had to eat all day was a muffin and a coffee.. Finally after 1.5 hours of O.T. I was on my way home SO hungry so I stopped at KFC and got a Big Crunch burger and fries and I DON'T feel bad. No Sir, not one bit! I went 2 months.. Im back on the wagon tommorow though : )

Back on the wagon tomorrow sounds terrific!! It sounds like you had one of those days that would have driven me to eat way before the KFC got to you...lol...did you enjoy it? Did it taste like the best fast food you have ever had? :) Eating better and losing weight involve life changing habits...and life changing habits might involve KFC...it is awesome that you are not beating yourself up...that you still feel good...and that you are still prepared to go back to eating better again tomorrow. Heck...at least it was chicken...could have been a burger or worse...way to go!!!
It was good, but I actually went there to get the boneless wings and they didnt have any so that was a bit dissapointing for me..But I did it anyway.. *buahahahhhaha*

If I would have stopped and ate a proper lunch I KNOW I wouldn't have buckled.. Thats my downfall, when I get really hungry I want bad foods, if I eat when Im supposed to then Im fine..
this post made my day. i just wrote posts last wk about losing another 3 lbs and finallybreaking my stupid plateau and then this wkd i spent in miami with friends and drank my face off (followed by eating my face off to compensate). yesterday i ate around 2400 calories (Which is 1000 more than I usually do). ewh.

Congrats on your hard work!!! That is awesome. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I've found calorie-count.com, its made me more aware of what I eat and how I exercise. But today I had my binge!! I started officially on Aug 2nd at 327lbs....and today as of my last weigh in on Aug 20th, I am 316lbs...that 11lbs lost!!! YAHOO!!!!! The only problem, is today I've had a stressful crazy day, and my neighbor cooked huge t-bone steaks and brought two over, for the hubby and me. I've walked past it stuck it in the fridge and reheated it in the micro, it was delicious and then I attacked the Nutela (chocolate hazelnut) spread. I have a Smart Ones fudge cake and I've smothered it with Nutela....and now my stomach because of the binge eating is killing me. I can't believe I gave the food the power over me, and I'm working so hard daily to eat clean, have a sweet treat (portioned) every once in a while, and today I blew it! I consumed 2,170 calories, I try to consume only 1500 a day....arrgh why did I do this to myself. Well tommorrow I'm kicking the binge in the a#@ and back on the wagon for me!
