Does anyone happen to know a certain menu i can use to lose up to 10-15 pounds by the end of December? I don't have the money for Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, etc. I just wanted to see if anyone here knew of a detox/low calorie/only eat certain foods diet menu. Thanks!

runbabyrun, since this website promotes healthy eating I'm not sure you'll get any helpful responses.
You don't need to diet or restrict big time to lose 15lbs by the end of December you still have 9 weeks to go until the end of the year and December and losing 2lbs a week is not that unhealthy.
Just get your stats calculate your daily caloric needs/expenditure and do it the healthy eating way.
Like that you'll keep it off too.
Please stay away from detox/low calorie/only eat certain food diets they don't work in the long rung because as the name says they are diets. You go on them and you go off them.

Portion control and the right foods. Check out my gallery, that is in less then 5 months and with no particular diets. I eat some diet meals like South Beach or Smart Ones or something but mostly it's just swapping out bad stuff for good stuff and then portion control. For example instead of frozen garlic bread which is horrible for you and regular spagehetti I have wheat spagehetti and 2 slices of regular wheat bread with garlic bread powder on it in a toaster oven. Then I have 1 serving size of that. I still had spagehetti and garlic bread for about 1/3 of the calories, almost no fat with protien and fiber. You don't need a special diet to lose weight... no matter what our friend Kevin Tredaue says. lol
I also agree with portion control, eating a great amount of vegetables and fruits (cabbage the miracle vegetable), water, and counting your calories. I also see that drinking green tea or hot water with lemon works, but that differs among each person. That is how I have lost about 35lbs (in a 6 month spand). I hardly go to the gym. I do jump rope for an hour, and run up and down stairs... along with some light weight lifting. I still want to keep my femininity and not gain so much muscle. When I started my excersize routine early this year I would excersize daily... but now that I am about 7-10 lbs away from my goal I limit it to 2-3 times a week. Although I think I should bump it up because I've seem to hit a plateau at 127lbs.
I don't know if you'll lose it all before December, but atleast you'll be on your way and shed a few pounds. Sometimes even 5lbs make a difference. Good luck!

If you limit yourself to lean meats/protein and vegetables. You might be able to do it in a month. In fact, I limited myself to 20 carbs/day and lost 20 lbs my first month. It's definately do-able. You just need to make sure you are healthy about it. Cut out potatoes and bread, eat more celery and fish.
