I have no idea what moo shoo is, but I am sure if you Google it, you can find the calorie information for it. Or give the place where you had it a call.
sadly, I googled like crazy and couldn't find much.  Oh well, I'll have to guess.
BTW, moo shoo is sooooo good, but maybe you shouldn't try it or you'd get hooked.
I think you might be spelling it wrong.  Is it moo shu?  I've only had moo shu pork.

Try this site.  Maybe it will help

No thanks, I don't even want to start to imagine how much sodium it has in it!! ...besides the fact that I live a 3 hour one way drive from the nearest town with a movie theatre, and 7 hours one way from the nearest sushi bar or decent chinese restaurant. I'm lucky if I can even find fresh fruits and vegetables that aren't bruised and months past their prime here on the Island.

If you find out how many calories, will you please post it..... I love Moo Shu Gai Pan ( not sure of the spelling),  at our chinese restaurant, that is chicken and lots of veggies in a sauce.  I thinks its the least amount of calories in the whole place!
i get mooshoo vegitable.  It has oil and egg, which drives up the cals, but, you can't have a meal with just vegis.  The pancakes are probably 100 cals each.  I'm guessing that one cup of the mooshoo is about 250 calories ( skip the rice).
I'd add about 100-120 calories to that corky because of the hoisin (sp?) sauce they use to get that sort of sweet and lightly spicy taste.  It has a lot of sugar and starch in it and ups the calories.  Probably for a pint, they use at least 2-3 tablespoons of it.  Did it also have tofu in it?
recipesource.com had this total for homemade veggie moo shu:

Per Serving: Calories: 345; Grams of Fat: 10.5 %; Fat
calories: 27; Cholesterol: 0 mg; Grams of Fiber 7 Grams

If you add tofu, the calories went up to 445.  I hope this helps!  :)
Yikes, maybe I should just get the steamed (boring) vegis.  UGH.
look up moo-shu or moo-sho -- that may help.
try googling mu shu pork.  you'll get lots!  here's one:
