Maybe this is the place to post and ask this question...

So, I run up and down the stairs at work every day, all day long, several times a day.  It's pretty cool finding excuses to have to run up and down the stairs but something was different today.

As I was running up the stairs I kinda noticed that I have new movement from my moobs?  Is this because I'm losing weight and everything is shifting or what?  I'm a little concerned because it just didn't feel right...

BTW, I know this is a little weird.

LOL, that is AWESOME :)

I don't have a solution, but I just wanted to stop in say that YOU ROCK for posting this!!!

Good luck!

Aaron!!!!

I have a shirt that I like to wear.... it says

front of shirt::  Moobs Rock!

back of shirt::  Man boobs are sexy

I made that shirt myself!! and I've gotten smiles, smirks, laughs and compliments EVERY time I've worn it!!

be proud of your moobies!!!!  ;)

I am actually proud of you posting this!

I really do think it is because of weight loss, maybe you can do extra work outs for strengthening your chest muscles and make the skin tighten so your moobs (I never heard this name before, that's why I had to read the thread LOL) won't move anymore. Good luck with it Aaron!!

prolly some loose skin, a7, but definitely pay attention to any lumps or bumps, as these might be cause for concern.

If you aren't doing chest flys or even push ups now would be the time to start.  I wish I had some to move myself, but know that doing chest exercises makes what I do have firmer and more defined. Building the muscle under the fat will pay off as you get closer to your goal
