I got Moo'ed at today

I thought getting Moo'ed at would never happen to me again, but it did this morning. Only this time instead of by a group of guys at the mall it was by a rather large Holstein cow as I was running by his field this morning! I couldn't help but smile at how much my life has changed, how much better I feel and how ironic the situation was. I welcomed his Moo, moo'ed back and hope that as I set out on my daily 5 mile run tomorrow I will get the same greeting to remind me how far I have come!

I DO think it's ok to poke fun at guys on bicycles wearing spandex, however...

Trade the spandex in for a pair of standard cotton shorts, reclaim your dignity, and spare me the sweaty ass shot when I'm driving by.....
