No more bashing ourselves!!!
Hi everyone,
Ok I admite from time to time I do look at myself and go, ah I don't like this and I don't like that, but why being so cruel with ourselves? That is why I am posting this. In this post I would like people to post one body part that they are proud of, and you'll see if it makes you feel better, makes you smile and it helps thinking more positivly about yourself.
For exemple:
I like my legs, they are muscular and deffine.
Give ourselves credit for what you have accomplish so far, you'll see it feels good! :)
Why is this such a difficult thing to do?!
I'm mentally eyeing myself up and down and coming up with nothing.
BAH!
Maybe in a couple of weeks after I get some more workouts under my belt?
my butt!!!
It really used to drive me insane but lately I notice is has more shape and doesn't seem so fat and floppy! haha
Sure it's still hard to find pants that cover it correctly, but I still love it! Plus it's summer, who needs pants!? it's dresses all the way, and they happen to cover my bum perfectly!
It really does help to look at the positives sometimes. Even you, crazydiamond, should be able to fine something you like about yourself - come on!
I like my arms - thin and toned. Who knew light weights could make such a difference?
I always thought I had cute ears and nice lips. After working out for a month, though, I'm starting to like my legs too. I mean, I look in the mirror while I'm on the treadmill, and they look so much better than they did a month ago! The fat on my thighs doesn't hang over my knees as much!
I like this thread! I have to admit, it's hard to come up with something. There's a lot I like about my face, but the rest of me is a little more difficult! I thought and thought....and here's what I came up with.
I am proud of my calf muscles. I just noticed the other day that when I stand on tiptoe or flex, they really stand out nicely!
I am proud of my inner thighs. They may look hideous, but they hide muscles that could crush a skull.
And looks-wise...hmmm...I like my hands. I can see more definition in them now.
I am proud of how soft my skin is. So I am told, anyway.
