Okay, so I have been steadily losing weight for about 6 months now and especially in the last couple weeks it seems like now that I am now squeking buy in the normal range I am hungier. I was fine before but just since getting into "normal" BMI I feel hungier and I want/need to eat more to feel full. Does anyone know why this would be?
Do you work out a lot? Maybe your metablism is higher now and you are burning through your fuel faster? Have you updated your bmr/rmr meters? You can go here and it will tell you what you should be eating. http://www.phord.com/cc/
Yep, you probably need to eat more. Recheck your stats and see what you can eat while still losing slowly (a smaller deficit will slow your loss but you'll still be losing.)
How many calories are you eating? What is your workout plan? What kinds of foods are you eating? Do you drink enough water? Do you take any vitamin/mineral supplements?

CC suggests I eat 1200 a day to lose but I feel like I'm starving & I've done that for awhile. I find I feel better and lose more on 1400 a day which is what the www.phord.com/cc/ calculater says I sjhould eat inorder to lose.
I don't know how anyone eat's only 1,200 calories a day. When I tried that I was starving and made myself sick. Maybe if you are not working out at all but if you are doing any kind of physical activity that seems low to me. I do much better on 1,600-1,800 calories a day. Sometimes I am still really hungry eating that much but I workout 6 days a week and weight train 3 days a week and am pretty much constantly moving so I burn it off. You have to fuel your body with the right kind of food. Balanced diet. Make sure you are eating the right amount of fat, protein, whole grains, fruit and veggies. Balanced is very important.
