| 1 | red pepper, chopped |
| 1 | small onion, chopped |
| 4 | oz mushrooms, sliced |

| 1 | clove garlic, minced |
| 1 | teaspoon dried herbs, basil/ oregano/ thyme |
- Saute garlic, herbs, veggies on pan with cooking spray.
- Add egg substitute and cottage cheese. scramble until mixed and set.
