Morning Scramble Recipe

Egg Substitute, loads of veggies and herbs, creamy cheese finish.

Ingredients
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 red pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
4 oz mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried herbs, basil/ oregano/ thyme
Directions
  1. Saute garlic, herbs, veggies on pan with cooking spray.

  2. Add egg substitute and cottage cheese. scramble until mixed and set.

  3. eat. MMMM!
