This is my breakfast.

Ingredients
118 g banana
1/2 cup Oatmeal
1/2 cup Spinach
0.33 cup strawberries
0.33 cup blueberries
0.33 cup raspberries
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 cup fat-free yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Liquefy.
