Morning Star or Boca

Which do you like better? I have never had the Boca burgers but my mom bought some for me for our Father's Day cookout. Are they as good as Morning Star garden burger?

I've never had Gardenburgers, but I like Boca :)

Gardenburgers... ugh, I don?t like teh texture! Morning Star are better (although their snausages suck) but Boca is hands-down my favorite veggie burger ever.

bocas hands down.  best flavor, and non veggies will eat them without complaint. 

Years ago when I was a cholesterol factory I tried a boca burger and
thought it was DELICIOUS.  On the same token, I tried a
morningstar portobello burger and it was HORRIBLE.  Boca...without
a doubt.

whoever it is that does the veggie riblits (i think morning star, but i
might be misremembering)...damn, those are yummy. also, have you tried
qorn? they have the beast tofu chicken ever.

Ew yeah the Mushroom burger made me gag. Boca has some really great burgers but the Morningstar foods like the chicken nuggets and corn dogs are really great

I saw the corndogs, but the nutritional info wasnt that much different
from a regular corndog.  I'm no vegetarian, but I do dabble in the
veggetarian substitutes cause theyre usually better for you.  But
those corndogs DID look pretty good.

I just had a Morningstar corn dog and my grade is still an A for the day, so they're not that bad.  Also, it was very good!  You should try one.

the riblets aren't morningstar... i need to go look in the freezer, hang on... they're gardenburger. ok, that's the only gardenburger product i like, they're great.

quorn is good, but it's not vegan, dammit, it's got all egg whites in it :( fine for ovo-lactos, but not good for me.

red robin carries boca patties to sub on their burgers.  the western burger with bbq sauce and onion straws on the boca patty is soooo good. i had to doublecheck that it wasn't actually a meatburger.

Boca is good, but the morningstar spicy black bean burger is AMAZING.  I haven't bought anything since.  It's great with salsa, kind of southwesterny tasting.

The steak strips morningstar makes are also quite good.  I haven't had steak in a long time, but from what I remember, they are remarkably similar.  Great with ketchup!  Mmmmm...classy.

And, I second the Quorn chicken.  The "breasts" they make are...scarily chicken like. 

I like them both, but can't eat either.  Too much sodium - boo hoo!

Gardenburger has better burgers in my opinon, but that doesn't really seem to be the general consensus...lol...just thought I would put my two cents in though!

I tried the Boca lasagna today for lunch and it was very good! I also have some Boca "flame grilled" burgers that I tried once, but all I did was microwave it and it wasn't very good. I am cooking some on the grill tonight, I'm sure they can't be bad. 

The morningstar grillers prime are pretty good, as are their chik'n patties. I haven't tried Boca really so maybe I will next time I go to the grocery store.

I haven't tried Morningstar, but as far as Boca burgers go, my father (subtitle: Must Eat BEEF!) has had Boca burgers and prefers them to ground turkey burgers.  Not too good as far as comparing brands go.  My brother (subtitle: vegetarian = good) gets boca all the time.

For "hamburgers" I like Boca.

But Morningstar makes a fantastic tomato-basil pizza burger that is perfect for a pizza craving.  Put it on half a whole wheat bun or english muffin with mozzerella and marinara - YUM!

I think Boca bugers taste the most like meat, which I don't like. 

The Morningstar Black Bean burgers are great. I also love Gardenburgers - but these don't try to taste like hamburgers (they taste like beans and veggies), so I guess it depends on what you are looking for... ;-)

I like lentil patties best - but you have to make them up yourself (but they are soooo good).
