Most attractive male/female celebrity

If you are a woman, what male celebrity/model/musician/etc. do you find the most attractive? If you are a man, which female celebrity/model/musician/etc. do you find most attractive?

Personality COMPLETELY aside. I'm very curious as to what different kinds of body shapes, facial features, hair, etc. people are attracted to. I'm especially interested in who men find attractive -- typical top heavy blondes like Jessica Simpson (she is still very pretty, but you know what I mean :P) or more unique women like Halle Berry.

I know this thread seems shallow, but I'm curious as to how everyone's tastes are different. :)

Mocha2008, you're not alone!  My mom has had a thing for Anthony Hopkins since she was like in middle school.  My dad always teases her about it.  If he comes out with a new movie, my dad will say, "How about we go see (name of movie) this weekend?  Tony's in it, you know...!"  Lol

Johnny Depp (since 21 Jump Street) - yeah I'm showing my age.  Matthew McConnaughy and now the new start of Moonlight - Alex Lachlin.  He is the newest hottie for sure!!  Some of the older guys - hmmmm - Sean Connery (gets better with age); Tommy Lee Jones - definitely sexy and I love his drawl.

and kiera knightley - i hope it's not the skinniness, but i can't take my eyes off the girl.  i think she's a highly underrated actor (enough with the pirate movies) and has the same kind of screen appeal as audrey hepburn (again, i hope it's not the skinniness).
